Sudden loss of internet connectivity

My computer suddenly cannot connect to my home network. This is how the network looks:

Router
|
|. . . .computers 1-4 (wireless)
|_______network switch (downstairs, since I have no cable lines down there)
                |
                |____XBox 360
                |____My Computer (the one with problems)

The Xbox can connect to the internet on any hardware port on the switch, so it's not the switch. I have swapped out my cable for a known working one, and it still doesn't work. So I've basically got it narrowed down to being my computer.

I have 2 cat-5 ports on the back of my machine. Neither of them will allow me to connect to the internet. If you plug the cable into either of them, it will say "connected," like it should, but not transfer any data (both packets sent and received sit at 0). This happened overnight. When I went to bed, it was connected. When I woke up, it wasn't working.

Any and all ping requests to other computers fail.

Has anyone experienced this before? Help!

Bah, uninstalling and re-installing the devices fixed it. It's weird, but this thread can be closed.
