Muk is the genetic apex of [Pokémon]

Had a Charizard raid where the host thought it was a good idea to bring Lucario. The rest of us had high-power fairies, so we were able to pull through even with him dying immediately.
Going forward it would be pretty cool if the big scary "The Mighty" event bosses could be more of the old transfer only starters.
Like next we get a Big scary Greninja.
It could either have Protean, so the party might need to choose types carefully, or Battle Bond, to make it snowball if he gets a KO.
no cars only bikes
Protean works differently now so it won't be as bad
Battle bond would be insane and make solo attempts that much harder
Spanish people are fighting type.

Spoiler?
They have scripted events that they do at certain health intervals, like when they clear their debuffs or clear your buffs/ability. This can include using moves (sometimes moves that they don't even know), so if you do a bunch of damage, they could potentially do a couple of those back to back, and then their regular action for the turn.
It's a little obvious that it's a scripted event when you see them use a move on a pokemon that isn't yours, but it's less clear when they use a buff, or when they happen to hit you.

That’s the signature ability of Mega-Kangaskhan. Not only do we not have Mega Evolution or Kangaskhan in the game at the current time, but even if we did, Parental Bond doesn’t exist as an ability when the Pokémon is in the box; it only exists in battle.
Similarly, Primordial Sea and Desolate Land can be searched for.
Not going to know for sure what will work until it's out, but my first plan was to use Ceruledge as well. It already completely stops the fire version of Tauros in raids, so there's a chance it might do the same for Cinderace. Some other considerations I've had are Armarouge (also good against fire and fighting, can hit with Psychic, good defense, learns Reflect), Skeledirge (particularly if it winds up using Swords Dance or Bulk Up a lot), or maybe Slowbro.
Non-fire/fighting moves I could see it using include Trailblaze, Gunk Shot, Sucker Punch, Acrobatics, U-Turn, and Iron Head. Or maybe Shadow Ball if it doesn't just stick to physical. I think the first two make the most sense to double down on its soccer aspect; really hoping it does not know Sucker Punch.
EDIT: It's also probably going to have Libero, but that's not going to matter as far as its defensive typing is concerned, as the fighting tera will override it. It could potentially mean that it will get STAB on one of those other attacks, though. And lose its bonus to Fire.
Also my BFF chose Violet and now I am stuck with the legendary that isn't a motorcycle.
Nemona is the real treasure so far

Note to self: train a Grafaiai and a Slaking for some goofy double battle strats. Grafaiai’s Doodle copies the target’s ability for the user and its partner. And it’s a prankster user. Meaning he can easily make Slaking lose Truant.
“So you have chosen death.”
I haven’t gotten around to playing Arceus, but the consensus seems to be utter bewilderment at how much of a step back SV is QoL wise.

Bonus points, it'll make Grafaiai scary too - just not as terrifying as its partner. But doubling a 95 base attack, with 110 base speed? Oof.

Reflect will get moved over if you've put it up, so that could be an issue if you're using physical attackers. Otherwise not much of use will come of Court Change.
I haven't gotten around to Arceus yet, but personally I didn't care for Sword and Shield at all and have found Scarlet and Violet way more fun.
However, I will agree that it's a bit ridiculous that Koraidon/Miraidon can't just push past tinier Pokémon. It diminishes the fun a bit when you're speeding along on Koraidon to have to watch out for Azurill and Nymble waiting to stop you dead in your tracks.
Terastilizing appeals to me a lot more as a battle gimmick than Dynamaxing. It's something every Pokémon can do, there aren't any alternate forms or entirely different Pokemon to miss once the next game inevitably moves to a new gimmick, and it adds a fun new strategic element instead of drastically changing the way Pokemon battles work for three rounds.
Gonna be honest, after Pawmot I just went with catching the evolved versions.

It seems like it should be simple, but I guess there are additional conditions I'm not meeting.
Did you level it up once after getting the required steps in? This is why Rare Candy was invented.

Are you making sure to let them out of the ball with ZR? It's super annoying because most of them have slower walking speeds than you do and will get auto-recalled to their balls.
