    I got very lucky and solved it by accident.
    My 14th word was medicine to try to narrow things a bit and that gave me a heading of BLANK Medicine where the blank was 6 letters. Family medicine was the first specialty or branch of medicine that came to mind with 6 letters so I went ahead with it just to see if it would hit anywhere else. Was not at all expecting it to be the actual answer.

    This was the first time I actually got it without cheating
    Just going to spoil my previous tries below
    First few tries, I gave up early and just looked at y'alls spoilers.
    With Raold Dahl, I went down the path of thinking it was a science fiction author. I got a name of a show he had been a part of, and googled it. Then I saw he was involved, and got it.
    This William the Conqueror,I got it was a dude pretty early. But I thought it was a more recent English military guy. I started seeing historical things and randomly guessed Domesday. Then I googled Domesday, and got the guy through that.

    I guessed " reptile" early because I knew it was an animal. But got lost, because apparently that word appears zero times.
    Vertebrate also appears zero times.
    Carnivore... Also zero times.
    "Nile" is what got me on the right track, after I got a hit for "River" and started naming some..

    Your accuracy was 39.29%
    Could have done it in less attempts if I had read better. The A. in italics was a dead give away.

    I do have to complain that the word (Extra spoiler just to be safe)
    reptile is never used in the whole text. There is 1 "reptiles" all the way down and it's in diet.

    The thing to remember about Wikipedia is it isn't a textbook so words and terms you might expect to be related are often inexplicably missing from the page entirely.

    And as someone else mentioned, the first paragraph is often poorly written.
