Sadly, I don't think Lukka brought the Ikoria tiger with him when he jumped planes.
But I think it would be awesome and a great character hook if Lukka died and, while dying, somehow transferred his spark to a nonhumanoid animal. That quadruped becomes a character in their own right.
If JoJo's Bizarre Adventure can have a Boston terrier with a Stand, MtG can stand to have a fox with a spark.

oh lukka's tiger died in ikoria. he picked up a new pet on strixhaven. and he hasn't actually shown up on camera since then so we don't know if it comes with him
While these sound like intuitive suggestions on paper (as in paper Magic), they'd probably be difficult to implement for digital. And I don't see them switching over to that model unless the majority of players do so themselves.
Yeah coding that for MTGO and Arena (because Brawl would use the same rules, presumably) doesn't sound fun (disclaimer: I know next to nothing about coding). Although if the Arena team can figure it out they can go ahead and make that change for Brawl and that would put pressure on the RC.

I've been on the wrong end of chained Imperial Orders before and it wasn't fun. Inflicting it on others sure was though.
My favorite win was a double-strike ninja as my only creature, equipping it with the katana, eating an attacker with Light the Way, and then sending it into the sky with Moths for lethal.

this could undoubtedly use some improvements, especially outside of the gift bag event, but also every card here felt pretty good. I really like the skyfisher spiders, what with the abundance of little token creatures to sacrifice, and if the opponent lets you get Reflection online with a Spider out, it’s real bad for them
I might look for something to cut to get 3-4 Voldaren Epicure in, to help ensure there’s spider-food when Anvil isn’t online?

Man, Peter Morbachen would have been great for this expansion. But the art is still amazing.
I like that, 4 mana, +1 to 4 loyalty and play a blocker, or 4 mana and make a beast and tick down to 2 both seem good there. I don't think I want to ever pay full mana on him except to immediately -4 and ruin my opponent's board.

Yeah that's kinda my big issue with her based on a quick glance. She can be swingy but only if you and your opponent are in a kind of stalemate. Because she won't win against onslaught of enemies and she can't use her most potent ability on mere weenies. And a 7 mana draw 2 opponent scry 1 ain't much on its own.

So just checking here but Kaya's minus puts the 1/1 clone on the field in control of whoever controlled the creature you exiled right? Because if so hard pass.

i don't think she really does anything else at 7cmc, i feel like she was bumped up from 6 in playtesting.
