The UK guy wants to be a spaceman but he literally describes several key components and functions of spaceships. He wants to be a spaceship.

Ahhhh... the internet sucks. Still need to watch the ending of Moon Knight.

I guess it is safe to hook up a power strip to an extension cord?

we just got back from the march for abortion rights (washington monument-->supreme court)--it seemed quite well attended (maybe there were 10,000 people? too many for me to get a good estimate or to see everyone at once during the march). Very big variation in age--lots of women our parents' age there. Actually plenty of men there too.

it's peak DC humid though, with basically drinkable air, so it was physically a bit arduous for everyone and I'm glad to be back in with air conditioning

Yah, as long as the extension cord is rated high enough (most have decent gauge(sic) wire). The big problems people have is using a small gauge wire to connect high amp drains (like, old school filament lights+humidifier+fan+old school CRT, etc)

    Ukraine gave us 12 points.

All those weapons we sent were worth it for this alone.

They are moving my local Costco to a more inconvenient location and replacing the current one with the business centre and I'm trying to figure out how mad I should be about this.

    -crumbles into dust-

they were/(are?) a nü-metal band popular in the late 90s. Could be argued they were the inventors of the genre.

We are on the train home. Got yelled at by Black Israelites at Chinatown. So sick of religious people yelling at me today.

Sushi and beer stop was worth it though.

It was a good march. Glad we could join you guys.

Didn’t Faith No More actually invent nu-metal? Korn was more popular, for sure.
