I have an MTA pullback subway car that when you press the front 2 tires, the SCOTCD and the door chime sound. But the problem is that when I press the button, the SCOTCD announcement sounds but part of the door chime sounds and the sound is muffled and when I shake the toy, there is something shaking inside the toy, what should I do?
