From the makers of Scott Pilgrim Vs The World The Game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is a loving tribute to the Konami era of arcade beat em ups. With references to turtles deep cuts and obviously inspiration taken from the classic arcade and home console games, the game not only clearly love the source material and it's predecessors in gaming, but plays like a dream with a new combat system, new characters to play as and a leveling system, overworld map and complete with local or online cross platform 6 player co-op

They got a PC big box on their site.
No because April is a playable member of the team and doesn't need saving. Also, your arcade must have had a glitch, in mine it was always Michelangelo. April prefers party dudes to rude ones.

The laptop seems to have trouble rendering it to the tv when I close it. That was working with other stuff.
Overall still really fun but maybe a bit easy, I choose the middle difficulty for story mode. Might try the highest one on arcade mode.
Beat Story Mode with Leo, and I'm now going through it again with Mikey. Love that they actually feel different in quantifiable ways.
Also Wu-Tang is for the children Turtles

This game fucking rules!
Yeah. They should have had those frames in there. That is pretty standard for a brawler. The developers may bee to young to realize that.
Dotemu has a great behind the scenes I added to the OP
At least I know a good place to try for it, the sewer with a power up spin attack and a bunch of mousers to juggle

I know the exact spot you are talking about. Helps that the big mousers spawn little mousers too. Also, nicely done!
Lately I've been working from home (tech support) and playing a lot of this so it has got me thinking . . . maybe, I'm more Donatello than Ralph or Mikey. Right now I'm "doing machines" 8 hours a day, 40 days a week. Not much of a party dude right now due to Covid and I would like to think I'm cool but yeah, not really rude. Donatello it is?! I wish that I knew the attributes of Slash. For some reason I have a pretty badass pic of that guy saved to downloads on my phone.
Unfortunately those damn big mousers have that grab that I can never read, but I could see a way to just avoid them and keep killing their spawns.
Also got a glitch where I finished a level and the music just ended and left me there, not cutting to the cut scenes
Also splinter does so much damage holy shit
Right now my biggest stumbling blocks are axe and sword foot soldiers. I know what to do but when there are multiple of them things can get dicey. There is a pink foot soldier that jumps back and throws daggers that can be a problem too. If you get downed and don't get the fuck out of dodge immediately that guy can get some more quick hits in with his backwards jump throw and be a bit of a pain.
Been looking forward to it. Everything I've heard sounds great! I just hope they didn't pull a Turtles in Time Konami move and lock the ending away behind the hardest difficulty.
Like Mega Man Legends? Then check out my story, Legends of the Halcyon Era - An Adventure in the World of Mega Man Legends on TMMN and AO3!
Oh man this worked! 398 hits! Managed to keep the combo going until the boss. Was April, just spammed rhe shit out of the rising kick, but man my hand hurts pressing the A and X button on Xbox controller so much!

It is the same team yes. Which is shocking because while I love the fuck out of that game, the combat was fairly clunky. This is leagues ahead of that.
Have been getting the music to Panic in the Sky stuck in my head too.

Yes, more players means more enemies. I haven't tried 6 players, but on 4 player, the amount of Foot Clan gets hilarious.
Is the music better than this? Because I don't think it gets better than this.
Didn't realize 7 was getting the treatment too. Installing all 3 again. Been pretty excited for this.
Now to just get Konami off their asses and announce a release date for the Cowabunga Collection. I don't expect it any time soon, since they probably don't want to take away sales from either but I just want to know WHEN.
