Embedded Twitter Posts Stop Scrolling

On the mobile forums, if you're scrolling down a list of posts and a tweet has been linked in the actual post it will stop the scroll. So like, if you're trying to scroll past it you have to find the tiny sliver of blue web page to the left or right of the inlined tweet to actually get the page to scroll up or down. Didn't use to be that way. As long as you didn't actually tap the tweet you could still use your dang ole fingies to scroll about.
