Enzyme Kinetics/Biochemistry help.

Right, I have a graph of p-nitrophenol produced (in micromol) against time and i've gained the rate of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction from the initial slope of the curve. (I calculated change in Y/change in X to get the slope and therefore the rate) (turned out to be 0.56mmol/min)

I'm stuck as hell on how to find out the number of enzyme units in each mL of partially purified phosphotase from the rate that I got.

I know how to calculate the specific activity because i've got the protein determination showing that it contained 20.9mg/mL-1, so I just need to divide my number of enzyme units per mL by 20.9mg/mL-1.

The preparation was assayed by diluting the solution 1:100 and 5mL of the diluted solution and the amount of p-nitrophenol produced being recorded over 10 minutes.

Anyone here know what to do, or where I could go to get an answer for this question?
