Oookay... the default admin name/passwrod settings aren't working... I guess I have to call the guys who set this up and hope they remember?
If whoever set it up didn't think to write down the network key, or the admin username and password for the WAP, then that person is incompetant, and you should really read up on Wireless networking, then do it over from scratch.

Is there some way to reset the router if I have physical access to it?
Procedure depends on the Router, but most have a Reset button (usually recessed, you have to use a pen or paperclip to push it). The button usually needs to be pressed for 5-10 seconds or needs to be held in while the Router is unplugged and then plugged back in.
Be aware this will clear all the settings and return it to the Factory Default configuration.
[edit] Extracting the key is probably much harder than starting from scratch.
