If we lose to the Cowboys on Thanksgiving then I’m officially out on the Giants making the playoffs.
I think they’ll have a possible good enough record but someone in that NFC East is going to not make it.
If they lose bad to the Cowboys, which is possible considering how injuries have been going, then the only way forward would look like 10 wins with the final 3 being Washington x 2 and Indy, which looked much easier four weeks ago

cmc is a ticking time bomb. hasn't played a full season in 4 years.
certainly possible that they get lucky and everyone stays healthy, that's how you win in the nfl mostly. but he's one of the most injured guys in the league

And all game you saw at least one play every series of downs, multiple times each drive where the Lions contained Jones to the backfield and not a single receiver got separation and honestly ran lazy routes half of the time.
And now Robinsons knee is on the groundskeepers wall along with all of the other trophies that the turf has collected along the way.
The Giants desperately need to draft an interior line man next year and get some receiving help.

They can make the playoffs and theoretically they could beat some teams but I don’t think anyone believes that right now.

The Giants are one punt returners fuckups away from maybe winning that game, Seattles success is a lot like the Giants - competent use of weak rosters while better teams struggled early.
I wouldn't be surprised if from here out the Niners just grind the NFC to dust and I've been saying since early on that they were better then their record. If they play the Cowboys in the playoffs it will be interminably boring and maybe the shortest playoff game in NFL history.
