Hey, I'm walking here! @Casual Eddy sent me a brunch box with a half dozen giant bagels from Ees-a-bagel, along with like two lbs of toppings for them. The first one is delicious, and I'm gonna invite my brother and his wife over to help demolish the rest as payment for all the baby help they've been providing.
Thanks man, this is soooo goooood. I need the veggie cream cheese ingredient list.

Ok, so first off I want to apologize to my Santa again--I had the wrong address in my Amazon wishlist so stuff was sent that never arrived. Thankfully, Amazon was easy to deal with, but then I was out of town for a bit and just returned last night to...
...a package appearing! Actually, multiple packages! "What could they be??"
First up, a new copy of Codenames!
"But, Six," some of you are asking yourselves, "How can you not already have Codenames? I've personally played your copy with you!" True, in the past, but I lost my copy in the divorce and hadn't replaced it. It's about time! Thank you!
I recently got a new hot shit OLED TV so I need some hot shit to watch on it so my Santa also graciously got me some hot 4k shit.
Movie night soon. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. What have we here?
Looks like a box of Louisiana goodies! Some snacks and a giant container of Creole seasoning!
But that's not all. Next, a book that looks to have a lot of local stories. Love it.
And a cookbook so I can find great new uses for all this seasoning!
It's also the great kind of cookbook that's clearly meant to be actually used because of the way it's bound. Love it.
And finally what I believe is a handmade scarf so I can better survive these upper midwest winters!
This is all amazing. Thank you!
Six on
can you feel the struggle within?

Also I forgot to mention that it was @N1tSt4lker who was so generous. Thank you!!
I've owed this picture a while, but ramping back up after the holidays stayed my hand.
Books! Many thanks to @amateurhour for giving me something interesting to read!

I'm glad you got them! Two of them are clearly from your list, the two on the opposite ends are kind of the earliest, and most recent works by my favorite author, Steven Brust.
I would love to know your thoughts on them at some point!

He wasn't the only one who got you books...
No he wasn't!
Books and chocolate and Great Plains tourism! The chocolate is untouched yet because I'm on a new years healthbit, but my birthday is next week so what better time? Thanks, Hedgie!

And @RMS Oceanic was classy right back with a beautiful card and print:
Sadly, neither the Royal Mail nor the USPS shared in his classiness as these just arrived at Casa Hedgie.

Yay! I had "Message Six about Amazon" on my to-do list for today. I'm so glad that was cleared up AND that you got the box! Huzzah!

You also got to be secret Santa for a lady in Brooklyn and her daughter who got a free copy of Codenames and a 4K bluray they can’t use!
Some day in the future, they'll have a survival situation that requires just those two things, and my secret santa duties will have triumphed! 😂
