Oh sweet! I forgot that was coming. It's funny how much I've grown to enjoy the holiday forum. I used to HAAAAAATE it so much, but given the state of the world, it's a very nice reprieve. HHS and the government in general are not corporate brands however. The government should be trying to get its messaging to reach as many people as possible, which includes finding ways to pierce the conservative media bubble.

I've already disabled forum twitter embeds on my web browser so I can click on tweet links to redirect to the nitter version.
Not having it easy access on my phone had the added benefit of reducing the time I spend looking at it at all, though given I only use chronological order and have a pretty narrowly curated set I follow I was already avoiding most of the junk.
And I've been cleaning up follows I don't really need or care about as much anymore as I go along, expecting one day to finally migrate off if/when a replacement service emerges, or when the cancer finally spreads to my little corner of it and I lose my patience, whichever comes first.
