While you normally can't bluff in Snap I am actually wondering if the Shuri meta is so well understood you can, at least at higher ranks. Most people retreat before I even snap in positions where I'm ahead, I'm pretty sure you can snap after a T4 Shuri or T5 payoff regardless of whether you have Tasky and get the free cube.
You can absolutely bluff being a Galactus deck, so I don't see why not.
Being a Galactus deck didn't get free cubes though, it just made everyone play their counter to the supposed Galactus lane.

Well, part of my methodology against decks where I know what's coming is to only retreat when they snap. So they actually get more cubes from letting it play out than otherwise.
However it's still an assured cube over a maybe cube.

Still struggling around 50 and hate this location. Deathwave and Patriot are what give me ranks this season, and not working well here. Also would rather be playing Valk shenanigans.

Once you hit rank 100, can you just lose constantly and give away free cubes and still start at 70 next season?

Enchantress (and Sauron) strike me as incredibly bad right now into this meta, as you need to run Cosmo and Armor for Shang-Chi...which this does, but there's a lot of non synergy with that combination for obvious reasons.
This is my list. I would describe it as bulletproof, it is hands down the best Shuri deck in my opinion. This got me from 80 to the low 90s and probably would have been my infinite list if I wasn't a Thanos abuser during the quantum tunnel featured.
Should have grabbed Danvers when she was available. Darn.

This deck is very similar to what I currently run, but it has 3 cards I don’t yet have: Carol, Titania, and Jen. I’ve got tokens saved for whichever of Jen and Carol turn up first, but for now I’ve added in Ebony Maw and Doc Ock, using the last slot to experiment a bit.
I tried Zola when I finally got him, who was helpful in some cases but Taskmaster was pretty much alway better. And I’ve tried Typhoid Mary in there too, but there’s pretty much no situation when I’d play her over any of the other options.
Doc Ock has been fun - a Shuri’d Ock is sometimes outclassed by what he pulls down, but just messing with people’s plans can be enough to secure the win.

I did the doc ock a few seasons ago and while it was very amusing I felt like it always just pulled Shang-Chi to his own face, and that was when he wasn't nearly as prevalent as he is now.

Yeah, this meta is really pretty stale, though Shuri is fun and simple to play. It's too easy to defend your first Shuri lane and then you've either got priority, in which case Aero will usually win and Tasky makes the game a 50/50, or you don't, in which case you are vulnerable to an Aero from the mirror but can probably risk just playing Carol and winning one of the two other lanes, especially if they are relying on that T6 Aero. The mirrors are also pretty unpleasant, with a lot relying on either having the best series 3-4 early game point cards available and the rest relying on some moderately skill testing but mostly luck testing games of "what do each of you double with Shuri".

Yeah, this meta is really pretty stale, though Shuri is fun and simple to play. The flexibility of the end game is a double edged sword, you have a lot of tools and paths to win but you really need to be able to select the best tools for the job.
The real problem with the meta is that Leech and Sandman aggressively shit on every lower tier deck that wants to do something interesting so it's very much if you're a have not get fucked right now. I would love to play more Negative, Surfer, Stature, or more anything else, but those decks just fold to that.

I'm slightly annoyed because the only deck I can win anywhere near consistently with is Deathwave+Aero. I want to have some fun with Discard or Lockjaw shenanigans, or just play anything else, but they just can't win enough and I get frustrated. Plus my last two cache pickups were Coulson and Maria Hill. Grargh!
