I got my very first 5 star relic. I know you're not supposed to level them up all the way unless they're godly, but I'd been stockpiling the resources from the start and accidentally turned off the safety and autoleveled it to 15 while trying to get it to ~9-12.
...Could have worse things for Gepard to wear, I guess?
Was a bit bored so I decided to try a solo Clara run again now that I've actually got some gear on her. Went with 3-2 since I don't think I can take on 3-3 solo yet. I probably should have because first I got enough Elation blessings to grab all three Path Resonance options then I got the ultra rare Ruan Mei event that gave me all the Abundance blessings. So I was not only unkillable but also kicked out enough followup counter damage to blow up each of Gepard's health bars AND barrier in about three counters and a Resonance that basically was always full.
Got the achievements for the solo run, Elation blessings, and even completed the Abundance blessing collection since I had been missing one 2 Star. Now I only have one 2 Star Elation blessing left to get and I'll have the entire curio/blessing collection for Sim Universe done.
Effect hit rate. It makes sense for characters who apply DOTs with every attack. Does it do anything at all for, say, Clara who as far as I can tell has no effect applied on attack.
When you do find a much better relic, dump the +15 into it. It'll probably level it up to 10 or 12, the exp loss is not big at all.
Ehhh, if it only goes up to +12 that means half the EXP is lost. Remember, to go from 12 to 15 requires just as much EXP as it took to go from 0-12.
This is also why the auto add button is a trap and it's much better to do relic leveling manually so you can more precisely target those intervals of 3.
2 SU6 runs in a row where I made it to the boss without actually getting the Path buff. The first, I just rarely ever got offered any Elation blessings. I ended up rerolling on very nearly every set of blessing given and still didn't manage to pull together enough.
The second one was 100% my fault though. My brain sometimes gets Elation and Nihility crossed up, so I just didn't notice that I'd selected Nihility until about halfway. I got offered a ton of Elation blessings though, including getting all 3 of the 3* ones. So I managed to put together a really gnarly run that Jing Yuan carried me through almost to the end.
Fortunately I've already cleared SU6, I was just doing runs for ability tree points and shots at the Salsotto relics.
No PlayStation release mentioned in the 1.1 stream. At this point, I'm basically just using the fact that HSR isn't yet on PlayStation as an excuse not to start it yet (while I work through other backlog stuff). So I'm OK with it taking more time if it means a polished and ready PS5 release this fall.

Given how much Playstation has promoted and elevated Genshin on their platform, up to and including a crossover with a Sony IP, I have so much more faith that it's being worked on and will release eventually. As opposed to Genshin's MIA Switch port.

Silly obvious things I just realized - both the point cost and most of the rewards for SU weekly rewards are determined by your EQ level at weekly reset. Also grabbed the cosmic lotto curio to get those jades and it gave me 0 curios before it blew up. Thankfully I had both Nat's ult and Abundance resonance up so it was no big deal and now I don't need to take it again ever.

If the numbers are similar to Genshin, you get 80% of the XP from a leveled relic when using it as an upgrade material
I will always grab the lottery ticket curio because yes it will probably blow up at the worst time but what if it doesn't?
Actually it tends to screw my runs up in a completely different way, by giving me several Seal curios so it becomes way harder to get the Path I want. I'm still gonna pick it every time I see it though
Ok Remembrance is totally busted in SU. Finished 3-3 getting the achievement for finishing every battle at full health and got the achievement for keeping Gepard frozen for three turns in a row… without a single ice character.
Still missing one remembrance, one elation, and one curio before index complete. Definitely enjoying that you can get decent rewards for grinding without spending stamina, 4-5k credits and a bunch of consumables for a full clear is better than any similar Genshin activity.

It's fun to use Remembrance in 5 vs Kafka. Freeze after six hits, remove Freeze and inflict Dissociate when hitting a frozen target, increase damage taken by enemy under Dissociate effect, and reduce effect resist for each Remembrance blessing.
The only downside is that it's heavy on 3 Star blessings, but if you manage it it's very funny to not let Kafka have a single turn

Hah, my very first run of SU6-2 got me a Lightning orb and Atk rope, guess I don't have to worry about that again until it's time to farm myself into oblivion
Well that was just plain mean. 5 Star Orb in SU 6 dropped with Lightning main stat, crit rate, break effect, attack%, excellent stuff all around for a Jing.
I tried to nihility 4-3 yesterday and it was interesting. I got all the 3*s and like a big pile of the rest and basically I was able to get the boss to 99 suspicion stacks and they were taking like 20% of their health every cycle but in p3 I had no easy way to break so I got taken out by the adds.
I feel like it is something I could make work without extra dot sources but it probably would be a lot more playable once i have more actual dot sources than resonance and breaking.
It feels like not as extreme as trying to make elation work relying on getting the ults are followup, but still not a thing I think I’m gonna do much more with until I get around to having like Kafka or something?
Svarog absolutely punishes Nihility plays since it focuses on building up DoTs and letting time win plays when Phase 3 Svarog will take moment of hesitation and quickly lock down your entire team. I always pick Hunt against him purely for that Resonance stores two charges at once blessing, especially if I can also get the Resonance that recharges to full two charges if it kills anything

I got like 3 achievements last time the lotto blew me up.
insta gibbed a wave of enemies with only like 50hp on all my characters
5 doesn't have a cleanse, which is why Remembrance can be very funny against her if you get enough Eff Resist lowering stuff. 6 has an add in Phase 2 with a cleanse plus outright immunity to Freeze so both Nihility and Remembrance are bad picks against her.

I'm completely obsessed with trying to solo SU with nothing but Clara and now Jing Yuan. I have the levels, cones, and traces. I in no way have the relics, and I'm waiting until 50 before I start going too deeply into that.
I keep waffling back and forth on whether Elation or Abundance is better. Elation because... duh. But Abundance actually gives you a psudo healer. One run I went Abundance and actually got the curio that regens your path to full every fight. Still 9 times out of 10 my problem is simply I do no real damage, because I have garbage relics.

Maybe this is a dumb idea but my suggestion was some kind of social-oriented event where you had to assemble a team purely out of your friends support characters and none of your own personal ones, seems like that could be fun to organize on.

elation is really powerful if you get multiple 3*s, and terrible otherwise3
I’m really only able to judge elation based on the “your ultimates are follow ups now and do 55% more damage” and that one is great to grab if the other 3* options don’t really help your build. but without real follow up characters or a way to get that more consistently I can’t really force a full elation build. Lol the one time I tried to brute force it I got everything I needed except the ultimate blessing which was a hilariously bad way to get boss splatted.
Elation is really good with Jing Yuan, since he's basically a carry already. But yeah if you can get the Ults become followup blessing, especially on top of some ult gen, it suddenly becomes viable for everyone. Though I feel way more fragile than with most, as elation only has like, one heal and one def blessing IIRC.
When it comes to Clara I value the 1 Star Elation blessings more than the 3 Star. Followup attacks heal, followup attacks increase defense, followup attacks increase effect resist, etc. Survivability is important and once I get those the rest come way easier because I can go further in a world.

Also the bigg'un 3* you want is the Destruction one that gives 4 stacks of fighting spirit whenever you get hit. You'll never not max it out, and it's just double atk/def.
