Dragging the whole thing for months with an indefinite suspension was also gross. As a starter, there's no point on a contract termination clause if they can just infinite suspension the contract until the expiration date.
Also, there was a lot of talk about Nijisanji being the more subversive company, but even before going public, it seems that they gave up on that and decided, in general, to become the safe, male idol company because that makes more money. Like, a lot more money.

I think this has less to do with them being able to make more money off of being a safe, male idol company and more than their management has always been super shitty. It's a damn shame because they do have some amazing talents, but the company as a whole just opts to do them all a disservice, since improving management is too much of an effort.
It's an open question of when that will finally bite them in the asses though. I strongly suspect that they are running on a fuck ton of inertia from name recognition that they build up in the industry's infancy days, along with all the solid talents they were able to get. Problem for them is that as they get better known for the garbage management, that is going to start impacting their recruitment prospects because the number one thing a talent is looking for when they sign up with an agency is solid management. If an agency has solid management, then usually all the other major checkmarks will be adequately addressed.
Ninjisanji's well known name and already established talents can actually be a double edged sword. Yes, it can attract the interest of recruits, but more circumspect people are going to note that technically, you do compete with talents in your own agency for audience share. Anycolor has kind of made the whole "we are well known and have solid talents," into something that is guaranteed to hurt them because they are well known for letting the less popular talents hang, while heavily focusing on their most successful talents. This means, as a new vtuber for Ninjisanji, one is already starting at a huge disadvantage because they are established and if they don't make enough waves soon enough, they are going to be shit out of luck. Yes, they might make more than they could as an indy, but I get the impression it's a pretty shit deal in other other avenues. Again, the big thing you'd want signing up with an agency is good management, so that you as a creator can focus more on the creative process, while leaving a number of other tasks to management. It doesn't sound like Ninjisanji's less popular talents get to receive that benefit and people do talk about their grievances outside of work.

whoa, CR cup announced a SF6 invitational and it's a mix of vtubers and pros like daigo and kazunoko https://youtu.be/uSqv9z40F60

Right. Another way that infinite suspension is a turbo shit setup is that Nijisanji does not pay the talents a base salary, therefore a suspension means not getting paid, and that's legal since talents are contractors and not actual employees.
That's a horrible deal and explains why Nijisanji management acts like they do, since they can get away with it.
This is the third time that I know of that a Hololive talent overwhipped whipped cream live on stream (this is the first time they just kept the bad result instead of starting over and doing it correctly, though). There's probably more on the JP side from the past that I'm unaware of, though.

Delete the word "live" and one of the slashes from the link and it will post properly (and the link will still work).
Thanks, I forgot they made the baffling decision to change the share link for streams

(angry Mickey noises in the distance)
Shark sighting, close the beach.
Ame Way Sweep (this clip is extremely viral).
Wooow.
You know, the shrine puzzles are usually pretty simple if you pay attention to the name on them...
Polka's and Oga's tokusatsu characters are getting songs.
Only know of him from the clip but he gives big "complain about the story and characters after skipping all the cutscenes and dialog" energy.
