Might polish it up a bit soon. No progress on the project I really care about except that I know now that trying to do it 1bit was a bit ambitious, a greenscale palette might do me better.

And also here's a more long-term one that I worked on last week
There's worldbuilding involved in this one and it is a very personal piece. Right now I need to adjust the perspective on the bars in the devil's cell to the right. The devil's not in there yet. The bars are too vertical, and i need them to be more like they follow the contours of a barrell
Very excited to connect the DogButt Duck to the Bootsnakes and all that other shit I been making. DogButt Duck's duck heads want to eat other animals for food, but its dog face doesn't wanna shit out the food, since it's got a tongue and shit tastes bad. A real challenge for a DogButt Duck is negotiating the eating and pooping situation, many don't live past the toddler stage
Here's a bootsnake, they have their own world creation myth. They are the keepers, not guardians but abusers and non-sharers, of the only water source in all the desert. They are hunted by BalloonCats, who eat the boot portion of a bootsnake. Bootless snakes become abusers of other snake's boots, passing on the trauma. Bootsnakes have ways of protecting their land from a balloncat's approach, which will be detailed later

Here's a walker, don't have a name I like for it yet. I imagine as just walking like komodo dragons round the desert
I think I'll have to make a map of this world next. Tolkien said it was good for him to have started with a map. I had thought that I would write something to share the world with people, but maybe just making shit and sharing on social media will be enough. Wanna be spontaneous about it if I can, and just draw the weird shit. Love the idea of a surrealist world that makes no sense and forcing order to it somehow
Had coffee and clicked way too hard too fast two days in a row, doctor says to take regular breaks. Will do, also changed to a symmetrical mouse so it's easy to swap clicking hand. I like clicking with one hand and then with another, more mindful

Idea is for a sexy banana to bubble up out of the cauldron, it'll be a slutty succubus sedcutress bananana, and the monkeys will be happy. Then the banana will begin undress herself, peeling from the bottom, and saggy balls will flop out of her. Then the monkeys get angry and push her back in
Gotta be real yin yang about breaks tho and just relaxing, break now.
I might be trying to do too much at once. animating pixel stuff, writing out a draft of a story, practicing drawing random shit by hand. Love it though

Girlfriend bought me strips of long thin paper to write little comics in. So happy. Rick Rubin says to just get a draft finished and then focus on fixing the small problems. I'm agreeing with this
