    I will just add that I’ve heard a doctor criticize the mouth-tape trend (it’s an influencer fueled trend) as dangerous. Physically blocking one of your breathing holes is not the way to go. Your body is using it (causing the snooring) because it needs to.

    Not breathing isn’t a great fix. Probably don’t do it.

    I used nasal spray for like two years. Now I never use it even when I am completely blocked due to having colds or whatever. Very quickly for me it comes to a point where I get dependent on the decongestant and I literally can’t breathe without it.

    It’s not worth it for me to ever get to that point again. Probably spent a thousand euro on nasal spray.
