Biboo is a missionary for the cult of Lightning McQueen. Her gun is a more powerful revolver, which is also somehow low caliber and better at wounding than killing (yes, there's a mismatch there). She wears a huge cowboy hat and was literally raised by wolves, yet is somehow a persuasive smooth talker. Basically two character concepts mashed together, we'll see how this goes.

The GTA event was an absolute goldmine for casual interactions between branches. The formal collab structure to streams can be a bit stifling and cross-branch collabs are sort of rare, whereas GTA encourages a lot of passing conversations and wackiness. Stuff like Chief Subaru wrangling Bijou, the Helicopter Incident, Ceci at the wedding, FUWAMOCOOOOOO, Ina's Peanut, "Aitai", Towa's investment in her gang, all great stuff.
The costs to run that kind of event must be absurd, and the modded GTA5 clients and server were clearly creaking along all the while, but it's probably one of the best Holo events I've ever seen.
I hope GTA6 takes notes from how RPers use GTA5 and includes a lot more roleplay systems - player-run taxis, shops, cops, etc. Even outside of this it'd make for nice casual content.

It's still one of my favorite projects. Lots of memories!
She also brought me on "Smol Adventures" which was a very ambitious project and another one of my favorites.
Ame is one of the OGs and has been influential to the vtuber community.
Ame won't be gone forever but she'll still be missed. Thank you Ame!
