The Ongoing Alternate Adventures Of Trump's Criminal Cronies

MorganVMorganV Registered User regular
Not sure if this thread is necessary, but couldn't find a more appropriate one.

I just think there's more than enough crimes happening by Trump associated losers that should be pointed at (and laughed at), that are tangentially related to the tangerine, but aren't directly so that they should be included in the Trump crime thread.

Just off the top of my head,
- Rudy's defamation lawsuit.
- Navarro and Bannon's contempt charges.
- Lindell's issues.
- Various and sundry lawyers and their license/suspension.
- Likely many more to come.

Anything directly related to Trump (the cases where Trump himself is a defendent, GA Insurrection and FL documents specifically) should probably stay there.

To the mods, if this is superfluous, lemme know where this stuff should go, and lock this thread.

Does that mean as of 7 hours ago, Navarro’s jail time started?

There's nothing I can say that this lede doesn't already - Police Report: Trump County Chair Threatened To Rape Boss's Wife, Then Kill Him:
One of Donald Trump’s county campaign chairs in New Hampshire lost his job as a police officer after threatening to kill his colleagues in a shooting spree, murder the department chief and rape the chief’s wife in retaliation for his suspension over his relationship with a high school girl, according to a newly released report from an internal affairs investigation.

Jonathan Stone, who is currently a second-term state representative, was announced as Trump’s Sullivan County chair by his campaign on June 27, 2023. The coup-attempting former president first came to know Stone during Trump’s 2016 run, when Stone gave him an inscribed AR-15 assault rifle at a campaign stop.

So that is obviously terrible, but the original thing did happen over 10 years ago. But the results of the investigation were sealed (why the flap would those be eligible to be sealed??).

Reading further, the guy was fired by the *police* for making crazy gun-related threats. He then went on to open a gun store of all things. I would like to thing the results of that sealed investigation would have been a massive "do not let this man near guns" type of red flag. But the US doesn't really work that way. Police unions in particular do not work that way (unfortunately).

A local newspaper had to sue to get those decade old investigation results unsealed. Good job local journalists!

Police officer in a relationship with a high school girl threatens to go on a shooting rampage and rape his bosses wife in retaliation for a “suspension” not even firing!

Then opens a gun store and gets elected to the State House!

    Wtf all over this!

Edit: originally sealed possibly because of the involvement of a minor

I've driven by Black Op Arms a bunch of times, only went in once. Definitely not the greatest vibes there.

Honestly, anything that names itself as Black Ops whatever doesn’t need to be entered to know what kind of place it’s going to be.

    Black Ops Pajamas
    Black Ops Grocers
    Black Ops Attorneys at Law
    Black Ops Accounting
    Black Ops Preschool

Well yeah, sure. But gun stores in general can be a crapshoot. It's hard to tell which ones are going to be hard right and demanding to talk politics, and which ones are probably right but will shut the fuck up about it. Shoulda known this would be the former, but it was so much worse than I thought. Just a total shithead behind the counter, and the signs on the wall were something else. I'll have to go back sometime and get some pictures.

Good point - the name probably reflects the attitude of the (right wing portion of the) community. It’s just cool flair and just doesn’t register as cringey. Like calling your comic shop The Android’s Dungeon.
