A way to report PMs?

So I just got a message from this dude called DKSK who has no posts and is obviouslly sitewhoring. The message he sent me was this:

I was going to forward it to a mod for attention but no mods were online. So I was wondering if a report button could be put on for offensive or rule breaking PMs?
