    .2lbs is 90 grams which is the same as two golf balls. Plenty of heft to chuck.

    I was gonna argue against Diglett because of the mystery of what the rest of it is, but its flying Pokemon Stadium model gives you some leeway

    Here me out: it's Machop

    Because you didn't specify "by hand" I figure the best play is to first have a team of Machops build you a siege trebuchet, and then use said siege trebuchet to launch the little guys into the stratosphere.

    Just tell them it's some new type of training, they'll love it

    Clefki is also very high on the list of Pokemon that popped into my brain immediately

    I bet a Gligar would be down to clown with getting thrown as far as possible

    Hoothoot or Rowlet are both v high on the birb:orb coefficient and could probably be chucked
