Quote button was engaging in some severely unwanted behaviour (e.g., batsignaling anyone in the quote tree), so probably want that kept to a minimum while it gets fixed.

I'm still poking around but it is seeming like we may be stuck with 2 bad options:
Either enable that "Rich Text Editor" that you saw briefly around 7:15pm, or
Keep BBCode but lose the quote button entirely.

Nevermind, I got quoting back. I think we're good?

@Ramius The OP's of every thread appear to have vanished, and likely related to that, I got an error trying to create a new Thread to report the first part.

I hijacked this thread title because, as the title says, we cannot create new discussions. This also means you cannot report posts (as reports create new discussions).
An additional side-effect of the issue is that the OP of each thread appears blank, and you cannot edit the OP. However, from what I can see when querying the Vanilla API, the body text of the OP does still exist, it has not been lost from the database.
My best guess based on the error messages is that this is a low-level issue either with preparing data for the database, or with the database schema itself and will require Vanilla / Higher Logic to fix.

Thank god you mentioned this because I thought I was going crazy here.
