You seen somebody about the bunion? Mine are trash and I'm on the list for surgery on one in January, and the other some time after that
I'm gonna lose my mind not being able to do any sports for a few months, but being able to stand at a concert or con without wanting to cry after an hour or two is going to be a pretty solid reward
My right ankle and heel because I haven't been stretching enough lately

I have some sort of impingement of my right shoulder happening, only with my hand pronated and making outward motions/pressure (abduction). It's started to reduce some after 3 weeks but I need to get back to lifting.

My sister-in-law had that surgery pre-Covid! Cons were hell on her feet prior and it truly made a difference for her.
Where I thunder down under on account of multiple bouts of "food is getting ejected from the body so quickly that stomach acid/bile is zipping through the guts and burning fragile flesh" today

I grabbed lunch with a friend at the farmer's market today and we sat on the ground in the park and talked for a couple of hours. And the entire time, I was absent mindedly picking up tiny sticks and taking the bark off of them, just, y'know, picking at things. And now I either I have like, microscopic splinters in between my thumb and its nail or I've used it so much that I've kind of ripped the immediate bit of flesh connecting it there. It's very painful in a small way.
Also my back hurts I guess, but that's just life baby.

I haven’t, I feel like it’s not that bad and I’m just being a baby about it
…..I’m really bad about taking my ailments seriously

If yours is causing you active pain every several minutes like that regardless of if you're even standing on it then that's worse than mine, and I got approved for surgery so
Being a combination of The Most Nervous Boy Who Ever Lived and also an artist who lifts pretty much leaves my hands in a perpetual state of bloody nails and cuticles, torn palm and knuckles, and low to moderate tendonitis.
Right now, my head hurts from exhaustion. We had a car die this week and we're working on replacement, work has been a busy mess, it's my son's 20th birthday tomorrow, and worst of all, my mom was flown to the hospital. It's felt like the most stressful week I've had in years and killed any semblance of a sleep pattern I might have had. Hoping this week improves.
As I said in the job thread I am sore and beat up from being worked to death though my idiocy
My forearms and wrists are on fire with pain. My ankles are sore . my back just needs to stretch for a minor relief. My legs feel sore
and I get bad cramps
My right lower back is fucked constantly. The solution is to not sit down so much but sitting down is fun
Also my left wrist had a tendon injury at the start of the year and it’s still weak and sore.
My necks fucked too
Also the skin of my face is constantly on fire and peeling no matter what I do
Honestly it feels like I’m falling apart and the more I try to get in shape the more new weakpoints and injuries are revealed to me
My knees don’t hurt but they sound like a cement mixer and probably the only reason they don’t hurt is because I don’t do enough cardio out of fear of finding out how fucked they are
I have developed a pain in my right food, in the ball of the foot, just down from the ring finger toe. 4th toe. The one next to the pinky toe.
Anyway, a few weeks ago, I was lounging on the couch and found the perfect angle to massage the arch of that foot with my other heel.
Bliss! Pain relieved! Also, an arch massage helping leads me to believe it was plantar fasciitis.
Pain has slowly been coming back. Stretching hasn't helped, and I haven't been able to find the massage point again.
Pain is like a 2 or 3 out of 10, so not bad at all, but it's all the time. And I walk around a lot at work, on unfinished cement warehouse floor
So I am just prepared to live with this until I die

Y'all cushioned insoles will help so much with pain that comes from being on your feet all day. Trust me when I say you'll be doing yourself a favor if you get some.
Especially if they're custom fits.

I need to get some insoles that fit. I've never found a set that were comfy and would fit my boat shoes though.
I use skateboarder insoles. I didn't want any of that arch support shit, it's uncomfortable and I don't need it so I went with kingfoam because they are nice and flat and really absorb impact.
Proper footwear is a game changer. When I got good restaurant clogs, it straight up removed constant knee pain and helped the low back during & after a full shift.
But yesterday I stood up from the couch to turn on the overhead fan, stubbed? my foot and dropped, rolling over the toes entirely, and collapsed into child pose. So I have a visible internal bruise on the top of my foot along with occasional throbbing still just while lounging. As expected, wrists and hands got some of it but feel better if a bit stiff today. I almost never take pain meds, but I got ahead of it with some ibuprofen and RICE, so, coulda been worse and I can still hobble around. Scared the shit out of my partner in a different way than the usual POTS lightheadedness, yay. This is part of why I wear house slippers now.
Thankfully, I just restarted PT for my shoulder, so I can consult her if it proves to be trouble.
And earlier today my thumb was doing some shady shit until I managed to massage it back into place, so yeah, being hypermobile sucks!
Doesn't hurt per se but for like over a year now I've had a part of my index finger that starts itching like CRAZY, then calluses over, then the skin peels and the calluses break down, and a week later it starts itching again
I get a bit of reflux at night sometimes, sleeping on my left side if I've had a big meal prevents it though so it's not a big deal.
Anyway last night I rolled onto my back in my sleep, and woke up choking on a little bit of acid that had worked its way up. Gross, but some water and a dab of toothpaste for the taste and usually, no big deal.
Except I'd had chilli con carne for dinner, and I like it spicy, so my lungs were on fire for like half an hour and water didn't help because it goes down the food tube, not the air tube.

No clue what's causing it
If you look closely does the callus look like a clump of tiny blisters? This sounds like something I get called dishidrotic eczema. It's usually the sides of my fingers, occasionally on the palms. Itches like a bastard.

But noticeably both shoulders are very unhappy due to overwork over the last four or five days.
Also my stupid last finger joints have all become overly mobile recently? Which is not great.
They're supposed to inject the outside of the arm, not the armpit.
