    Grounding has kinda become outdated. Having to stay home isn't the punishment it used to be assuming one's "screen privileges" haven't been revoked.

    If anything we need reverse grounding where a child is forced to go out and take a walk or hang out with friends and is only allowed inside for meals, sleep, homework, hygiene and medical emergencies. How's the outdoors junior? Yep, you got two weeks of this to look forward to.

    If you're a parent and grounding doesn't immediately remove screen time then you're not trying to discipline your kids, you just don't want to deal with them.

    I guess that's a good way to talk to the cops after they bring you the Loitering charges.
