I mean, I'm going to disagree with Gabe here. I do want something bad to happen to cheaters. They ruin the experience for everyone else.

If you want to cheat, go play single player games. If you're going to play with others, follow the goddamn rules. And if you can't do that, may every lego in your path find your bare feet.

It appears to be a bot or someone farming up a respectable account by making anodyne comments that just repeat what was already said. You see a lot of this on twitter

It wasn't that long ago that such bots just tried to get away with copy-pasting a single earlier post, now we got "AI" to automate the rewriting process to amalgamate multiple previous posts without making exact copies.

Yeah soon we have bots talking to bots. They should stick to their shitholes like X or any other social media ventures where they can farm likes or whatever they are doing to get their dopamine fix, instead of invading the last few forums.
