Need help removing outdated role and changing title

So I figured some of it out, looks like system needed to confirm my email, found a bunch of emails in my inbox asking for confirmation, once I did that, was able to change my email at least, still can't change my title or location. Gonna leave my original issue and just spoiler it incase anyone else has this issue since the system didn't present any kind of message letting me know it needed to confirm and seemed to say it was done. Also, could still use help getting rid of PA Staff role.

I returned after a while away and went to update my profile and noticed I can't change my email (which I no longer have access to), title or location. I was able to add pronouns (previous field was blank) and change my steam ID (it didn't actually change, just wanted to see if I could edit at least one field with existing data in it). When I try to change of of these I get the password prompt to make sure its me, then it goes back to edit profile screen without the "wrong password message" and with the "your changed have been saved" in the bottom left. However I the "About" box in the bottom left has not changed, and if I refresh the screen the edit profile fields go back to the original wrong data.

Not sure what other information would be helpful in troubleshooting, I saw some posts from years ago with similar issues, but did not see a resolution so not sure if this is the same issue or something new.

@Beker : @Ramius will have to handle the role thing. The title and location not being changeable is an old forum bug that we're unlikely to ever get fixed now, but I can see if I can change them for you if you want to DM me what they should be changed to.
edit: for now I set your title/location to blank... or not...? stupid bug
edit2: oh nevermind, apparently I can change your role, but maybe not the title/location? god damn it vanilla

Yeah sorry, I can't figure out a way to make the Title/Location field edits either.

The fields literally don't show up in the user object returned by the REST API, and are not part of the gamertag fieldset that clearly tie-back to a Vanilla add-on, so this feels very much like some deeper non-standard customization that was applied by IcyLiquid and broken by some future software release.

If Title can't be changed so be it, email was the one I was worried about so I could keep access to my account. Location I was just trying to change to see if I could but does not actually need changing. Thank you.

I have been trying to change mine for like the last year but I just tried again today now on mobile it looks there are two title and location fields when I edit my profile?

I don't remember it being that way before, but both pairs had the same text so I cleared them both and saved. The bottom pair cleared but the top pair didn't so I cleared the top pair again and saved again and it seems to have worked this time
