I don't know what the Venn diagram of fan interest looks like, but at least for me that's a painful choice. I was wanting to play both. And I think PoE2 wins.
It's almost like there's a pattern.
From the steam thread, apparently it is the former. It'll run on the deck at launch but due to visual bugs including loading screen glitches and blacked out cutscenes won't be getting a green check until later.
