Solaceon Town, Celestic Town, Floaroma Town, and Sandgem Town all refuse to be fly-able targets by my Pokemon. I've done everything I can think of, I've talked to everyone in town, checked all the signs, healed at the Pokecenter, shopped at the Pokemarts, nothing.
Any ideas?

Seismic Toss

If you havent already bred it and have Emerald, you could just get it Seismic Toss there and then transfer it up. Otherwise, yeah, Ice Beam is probably your best bet, especially if it has Serene Grace.

Bad (or interesting) new Buzz, I own Diamond and Pearl (and two DS's) and i'm currently trading with myself. There were no issues. It went right through.

The gamecube stadium game is "Pokemon Colosseum," and is compatible with all the GBA versions of pokemon.
You can transfer pokemon from your GBA cartridges into your Diamond or Pearl games, but it's a permanent, one-way transfer. You also have to have beaten the elite 4 in D/P and gotten the "seen" entry for all 150 pokemon in the Sinnoh pokedex (in order to get the national pokedex) before you can transfer things up.
In addition, when going from the GBA games to the DS games, it's not so much a trade as it is a transfer: when you move them the GBA games, they will not be able to go back to their original game!
So, in about 5-6 hours or so I'm going to need someone to do a trade/tradeback on one of my guys.
I didn't have a chance to evolve it this weekend, and I'll need to do it before I battle Taya in Mushy's Fantabulous Tournament of Spectabular Radicalosity.

Is there basically a gamecube version of pokemon stadium where I can use pokemon from Ruby and Fire Red?
