    Is "Tequila Sunset" available by any chance? And when I get tagged on the new site, is being tagged gonna involve an underscore between "Tequila" and "Sunset", or something else?

    Spaces should be rendered just as such on the new website - we have some folks in the beta with spaces in their name no problem, so unless you want that underscore, it doesn't need to be there. When you type an @ and then start typing, it will just pull up a list of names, similar to how it does it here.

    I just wanna throw some positive out there that I love this thread. There's clearly like 60 people on the forum I've never spoken with that will post as much (or more!) on the new forums with the usernames they prefer.

    It's just cool.

    I like that a team was responsible for putting this level of UI into Coin Return from here.

    Just a heads up folks -- we will likely need to shut off name changes soon. At a certain point before the opening of CoRe (April 1st) we need to export a final list of PA user accounts and ensure there are no new registrations or changed names so that the initial registration process on CoRe goes smoothly.

    If you want a pre-CoRe name change, get it in TODAY if possible. Otherwise you'll need to stick it out and simply change your name on CoRe after we move over (it should be relatively painless over there as well, don't worry).

    I have done a name change on CoRe and it is indeed painless you just have to put like why you're changing your name (and other users cannot see this is reason) and acknowledge that after you change your name you gotta wait like a month if you wanna change it again

    maybe the real panopticon was the friends we made along the way

    But that username is already taken. Was created in 2008, posted once, and that was it from what I can see.

    Can I kindly request to hijack that username?

    If not it's cool, I'll think of another username, maybe a different tea flavor or something. My current username dates waaaaay back to a different time, and a different me what flirted with all sorts of ideas and ideologies...

    Unless that username is one of those... ahem, troublemakers, in which case never mind...
