The Stanley Cup Playoffs begin Monday on CBC, Sportsnet, Sportsnet 360, Sportsnet One in Canada. ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, TNT, TBS, and TruTV in the US.
In Canada, every game is shown on a Sportsnet property, and at least one game a night also airs on CBC. Games on CBC usually simulcast somewhere on sportsnet. All games are available to stream on Sportsnet Now with (paid service, either with or without cable sub), and every CBC game streams for free on CBC Gem. If a game goes into overtime, Sportsnet will either use a free channel (be it SN360 or SN1, depending on the night) or put the next game on one of the regional channels available nationwide until the OT games finish.
In the US, there is less visibility on this, especially since I'm a Canadian, but last year how it worked is that games alternated between ESPN and ESPN2 some nights, and TNT and TBS other nights, going opposite of the NBA coverage (i.e. on days ESPN has NBA playoff games, TNT/TBS air NHL games). Streaming is a mess in the US. Last year, the only ESPN games that streamed on ESPN+ were games on ABC. ESPN and ESPN2 games could only be streamed signed into the app with a cable subscription. TNT and TBS games similarly are only available to stream to those with a cable subscription. in the overtime scenario ESPN usually uses ESPNU as their overflow channel, with ESPNEWS as the emergency channel if both early games to into OT. for TNT, TruTV is the overflow channel, while HLN is the emergency channel. The coverage is split evenly. ESPN and TNT both air roughly half of the first and second round games, with neither network airing a series in its entirety, they just trade off days. ESPN/ABC picks one conference final to air, while TNT airs the other one.
EDIT: I forgot to mention about the US coverage, in the first round your local network (Bally's, etc) also airs first round games, but those are not exclusive, so you can choose to watch your local regional feed or the national ESPN/TNT feed.
In Canada, as usual the Stanley Cup Final will air on CBC and Sportsnet. In the US, the Stanley Cup Final will be on TNT for the first time.
Once the playoff schedule is set, and I have time this weekend, I'm going to put the entire schedule into a public Google Calendar. It'll have the times of all the games, and TV network info for both Canada and the US. I will keep it updated regularly as series go on. That calendar can be found here:

Also great work!

Like, Rakell has been really good. Clearly a fluke for Hextall.

Nilou teams can be really fun. Sometimes there's so many explosions going on that it's hard to tell what's even happening. The biggest issue with building those teams is figuring out how to not kill yourself with said explosions. I imagine a lot of people use Kokomi for that, but I don't have her, so I've been using Yaoyao instead. I expect that the upcoming Baizhu (and possibly Kirara?) will also be effective at that.

I'm gonna be totally honest. I looked at Kaveh's kit, and understood that he's an on-field character who has stuff to do with blooms. But then stuff quickly starts going over my head; I'm unclear on if Nilou's special blooms work for him, or even if Hyperbloom/Burgeon do.
I imagine that stuff has long been tested by leakers, but I don't usually go that deep before release.
So many good lines in this one. I EAT BIRDS NOW. I ATE RAPUNZEL! jesus christ
Loved it, A+
Yeah, it's a bit complicated. The very simple use of Dendro is just combining it with Electro; as long as you have a little bit of both elements, you then do lots of attacks of either element to get extra damage. Simple! The bloom stuff is definitely more complicated, but it starts making sense once you try using it yourself. The tl;dr is just "Dendro+Hydro for Bloom. If Nilou isn't on the team, you then add Electro or Pyro for Hyperbloom or Burgeon, respectively".
Dendro/Hydro creates bombs that go boom. There's a fancy subsection where if you hit the bomb with electro, it turns into a missile and hits one target. If you hit the bomb with pyro, it turns into a super explody fire bomb. I don't know if anybody really cares about these fancy versions. Seems like everybody just sticks to the regular bombs.
Dendro/Electro first makes the enemy supercharged. In this state, if you hit it with dendro, super plant damage. If instead in this state you hit it with electro, super zappy damage.
To really boil it down: Dendro/Hydro makes bombs that go boom. Dendro/Electro is the ol' 1-2. First hit sets you up, second hit is gonna hit you harder.
Well, then there's Dendro/Pyro. AAH I'M ON FIRE!!! But apparently immolation is pretty weak, so nobody really cares.
Aside from Nilou, people definitely care. I would go as far as to say that Hyperbloom (the electro version) is the best elemental reaction in the game. It's extremely powerful, and because the electro character is the one who is always triggering the reaction, it's very simple to build. You even have a highly accessible unit who can do it, in Shinobu, who doesn't even need constellations to be effective.
Burgeon's definitely not bad either, but I'll agree with you that people don't seem to care about it.
Plus, Shinobu's a healer. Even built for hyperbloom she has decent healing because of her passive EM>Healing Bonus. Makes it really easy to pick a team out for her.

holy shit you were not kidding....
Burgeon is bad on relation to most other reactions. It's not terrible, but the only really decent driver for it is Thoma.

But hextall decided to give kapanen 3.2mil instead of 2mil to Rodrigues. And 2.75mil to McGinn instead of 2mil to Rodrigues.
And they waiving both kapanen and McGinn because he was out of cap space and really wanted to trade for Granlund at 5mil. For two more years! Instead of Rodrigues at 2mil.
Hextall. He sure was a guy. He did a thing.
Evan obviously went on a shooting% bender for a lot of last season on the pens, but he was so much better than everyone Hextall paid even more money for, as replacements
Apparently Landy is scheduled to talk to the media later himself. I hate this.

At the very least it sounds like everyone else will be back for Game 1 which is still healthier than they’ve been all year.
Edit: Scratch that. Cogliano down.
Fuck it, lose em both, sure why not.
I loved Fantasy High season 1, so you'd think I'd be into season 2 and the spin-off seasons (Pirates of Leviathan, The Seven)... but I've never been able to get more than a couple episodes into any of them.
I've never clicked with magical realism and don't care one hoot about New York, but I watched the full season of The Unsleeping City and loved it.
A sci-fi season sounded exactly up my alley... but for some reason, I lost interest in a Starship Oddysey after a half-dozen episodes or so.
And most recently... a heavy-meta fairy-tale season seemed destined to bore me, but I've watched and loved all of Neverafter. I gave it a shot for its "horror" angle, but Brennan seemed to drop that as a core focus for large parts of the season. And yet, I loved every episode!
I guess I'm happy to see a bunch of talented comedians and improvers taking crazy shots on original material and not just pumping out Fantasy High season 13 or whatever.
Extremely light and generic spoilers for something missable:
