Izzy as a mad scientist is just perfect.
My workout plan was set by the strongman champ coach guy I mentioned in a previous post. I have limited time available for the gym, going for just 90 min MWF (including warm up and cool down). He doesn't break them up by groups that way, but rather types of exercise.
So for this week, Monday was "Pressing day" and I did:
Static press
Breathing incline press
Rear raise (DB)
Lateral raise (DB)
Tricep kickbacks (DB)
Upright row with external rotation into a press (DB)
Wednesday is "Moving day" with the aforementioned lifts
Friday will be "Static and Loading day" and I'll do:
Deadlift
Front Squat
Sled Push
Yates row with axel bar
Curls (DB)
Ab panks
What exercises I do each week varies a bit, with a few of them appearing every week, but the "days" remain the same.
Now depending on the leak these are either Rising Freedom and Infinite Justice, or custom versions; given the earlier leak, I’m leaning towards the former. Either way, they’re new non-nuclear suits that are going to make way for Kira and Athrun’s later suits (if I know Seed I’m guessing they’re the Rising and Infinite, and the Freedom Kai and Justice Kai will be the old, slightly modified ones because Gundam Seed Reasons)
The new Gundams, the CE version of the Gyan, an upgrade for what I assume is the Zaku and Impulse is rebuilt:
I assume these are our antagonist faction suits. I do not like their heads:
Then we have… a lot of Bandai hobby promo images:

Seam line removal will ALWAYS involve sanding. If parts have very good fit up, as with Bandai kits, you can use plastic cement to join the parts then use a vice to keep the parts compressed for 15-30 minutes while the plastic sets. You'll know this is working if, when you press the parts together, you see a small bit of liquid plastic extrude from the seam. If you don't see any extrusion, you will need some kind of filler. You can either use a pre-made, like Tamiya Putty or GW Green Stuff (or liquid version), or you can make your own.
To make your own, put some plastic cement into a glass bottle. Take some excess sprue in the same color as the part, and cut it into relatively small bits. Then dump those into the cement, give it a good shake, and let it sit for a while with the top on. The cement should melt the plastic into a goop that you can then use to fill in seam lines. I like to do this by using a clay shaping tool to pick up a bit, then applying it like one would apply oil paints with a knife. Then I will somewhat push it down, being careful not to push all the way. Let it hardened and you can sand as desired. The better your prep, the less sanding you will do, but the risk of needing to add another coat goes up.
Only use putty or green stuff if you plan on painting the kit, because they won't color match. Filler made from sprue will.
I'm more upset they dumpstered the Destiny design. It's like, the one okayish? thing from the show
Impulse is just, w/e, imo.
I think it's more from a cost perspective, because as long as they keep using Strike-based kits, they can keep re-using the frames they developed previously, like the MG Strike RM frame that is the basis for most of the MG Seed kits.

Silver linings
Rumor is some version of it is going to be back later in the movie
I meant Destiny Gundam
ah so true to the old series
Confirmed, these are Rising Freedom and Immortal Justice
So if the rest of the rumors are accurate I guess these get sidelined for customs of Strike Freedom and Infinite Justice in the latter portion of the movie.
What I thought was a Zaku is apparently the Gelgoog Menace, and the two antagonist suits are Black Knight Squad Shi-ve.A and Rud-ro.A
Impulse is simply Impulse Spec II
Really wanna know how they got those flaps working at that size.
Seems to have a larger scale cockpit as the controller:
Nah, even as someone who's enjoyed the shows they're not great designs. They're visually busy as hell, weridly bulky and just don't have a from to recommend them. They're all super similar looking build wise too, nothing like the fun design languages that G-Witch or IBO had going on

they at least look a little better in animation than the line art
Curious the reason for the prebuilt chest and core fighter cores
It’s a nice take on the Impulse but does kind of at the end of the day feel like a testament to being “Generic Gundam” even in a way that the OG isn’t.

Not in the slightest. It's even in the exact same pose as the promo images from RG #33.
Well through a mutual agreement Bally's has dropped the Coyotes. This isn't surprising, as the Diamondbacks were also dropped by Bally's this year. That leaves Ballys Arizona without any pro teams to air, so that regional network will probably shut down.
Interestingly, the Coyotes new regional TV partner is Scripps Sports, the same company that the Golden Knights went with. Scripps owns KNXV in Arizona, and that will be where Coyotes regional games air.
I find it incredibly ironic and hilarious that there are now two NHL teams in the US that will have the majority of their games avaiable on OTA broadcast TV, at least regionally.

I'm really enjoying the chemistry among this group of players and characters. The two players new to the dome feel like they're old timers to the group.
Do they just get removed from potentially being drawn?
you get 5 of the star thingies instead of 2. Which like, is another pull. But still, not really worth much of anything
Also kind of interesting to see the new Fumina kit is using the 30MS body but being released in the Figure-Rise Standard line.
