One thing to note is in higher level content enemy armor quickly becomes the biggest impediment to efficient kill speed so frames with armor-strip abilities (or weapons that can stack loads of corrosive procs quickly) are important. If your frame of choice can't strip, look at subsuming an ability like Pillage or Terrify. After the companion rework Helios can fill this role with the Vicious Bond mod too.
Start with Arbitrations, running the mission types you enjoy. They cycle once per hour and I usually ignore the frame/weapon buffs, the key is survivability and bringing a weapon that can nuke the drones quickly. You can't self revive here so not going down is key unless you're taking a group. The first Galvanized mods you pick should be the multishot mods since they're straight upgrades, the others are more niche (Condition Overload for guns, or Argon Scope on 'roids). They also get you the Adaptation and Rolling Guard mods which are great for survivability. Note that resource boosters will double the Vitus Essence that drops from the drones, but not the round rewards. Also doing Arbies will get you piles of Ayatan sculptures which you need for:
Getting caught up on Primed Mods (Baro has four for sale today) to min-max builds but that's another long term project as you need high six figures of endo and tens of millions of credits to max them all.
If you have Citrine already, keep running Mirror Defense for Arcane Blessing, which is a good and cheap health boost on longer missions, and Secondary Encumber can be combined with the above Gun-CO galvanized mods to to ludicrous damage.
On Steel Path your biggest concern other than not dying, and enemy armor, is the Acolytes. They hit hard and have damage attenuation and partial status immunity, and have abilities like turning your own abilities off or negating your weapons with a bullet attractor. They drop primary and secondary Arcanes and Steel Essence (2x with resource booster) which you use to buy the adapters to fit an arcane to your guns, as well as other goodies on Teshin's rotating stock. Getting started on Steel Path the best way is probably to run the Steel Path Incursions on public every day (25 Steel Essence per day) as long as there's at least one decently geared player it should be a snap. Then start clearing the star chart in SP as you get a big infusion of Essence when you complete each planet.
Weapons wise, any of these will work with a good build, there's more obviously but these are what stick out to me:
Secondary
Melee
Once you have some fully ranked Primary/Secondary Arcanes you should start looking at Steel Path Circuit in Duviri as the Incarnon genesis weapons can be stupid powerful, like delete the whole room with one click.
Also do the Kahl garrison missions every week. The Archon mods are for fairly niche mods and I wouldn't recommend dumping Endo into them until you're set on Galvanized/Primed mods, but Styanax has a great Helminth ability and you can buy one Archon shard a week from the shop. Try to do the Archon hunts as well for a second (possibly upgraded) shard too as these are super useful in augmenting a Frame build or filling the gaps from absent rare/Primed mods. You can also get Shards from the new Netracell missions five times per week.
Then there's Focus, which has never been easier to grind with Duviri and they put Eidolon Lenses in the new Cavia faction shop.
I'll be honest, at this point my <spoiler> is contextually more powerful than some of my frames/guns. There's some rogue necramechs in the new tiles, and they're "focused fire with damage caps/reduction from warframes" or "I pop a Madurai ability and flamethrower them with my amp in 5 seconds". A boss like Jackal, I just pop out and hold LB to go invisible/immune when he's doing the wall/missile/whatever shit.
Yeah, it's different, but I'm pretty well convinced that it, like mechs/heavy weapons, is a pretty solid set of alternate tools you can integrate into the same gameplay. (Free/safe revives, anyone?)
Two melee arcanes
One amber shard
Two tauforged amber shards

I thought the damage capping bosses accounted for fast weapons somehow though
how many lanthorns?
One guaranteed drop from the end chest, doubled by boosters.
I tend to, if in doubt, chalk it up to "it's Void damage" and there's all sorts of special rules for that. Also, Madurai + waybounds gives you an absolutely ridiculous amount of damage multipliers available as well as massive crit; just the first ability is like... I dunno, a few hundred % extra damage, and orange crits for 10 seconds or something? It also resets immunities/resistances.
Edit: Like, where my Torid is critting for 500-600 on one of those mechs, my amp will, after popping abilities, crit for 10k+ on every tick. It melts shit until you get into SP, but even entry level SP it'll do it for you. (And that's a 7-forma Incarnon Torid that usually crits beam ticks for half a million and up once stacked. It is a dumb dumb dumb gun and I love it.)
Episodes 5 and 6, with 5 answering a question about something I've wondered for a long while. What does Popukar's recruitment quote mean?
Lantern is a fairly decent CC ability but yeah I just kinda don't bother with the other ones

Actually, everything is looking real good these days. Did the alerts for the Sevagoth parts (might as well build a second one!) and Jupiter and even the older Grineer tilesets are real pretty. Maybe just cuz it's been a year and a half since I'd really played, but I was quite enjoying the visuals.
If you don't have the ability to feed frames to helminth yet you get the orbiter segment for it from Son on deimos at some reputation level or other.
Oh trust me, I have it. I have like 90% of the content that was available from the time I quit; I'm currently MR27 I believe but I could probably be 29 or 30 if I just did the tests lol
Also, I decided to break out some of the first cosmetics I bought way back when and base Kahl's color scheme around them because they're hideous and I love it. It's the Harkonar armor set!
I'm sitting on 73 pity and only really looking at Raiden, Alhaitham and Kazuha. Whiffed on the Furina banner, but she'd be the fourth.
My current teams are Keqing/Yelan/Beidou/Bennet and Hu Tao/Xingqiu/Zhongli/Xiangling. I'm just slowly working on finishing building them out, have been holding off on Electro while I wait to see on Raiden Shogun.
I've got most of the pieces for a Dendro team floating around. Been having a lot of fun with Beidou since I got her, the parry mechanic had my attention for quite a while.
I think the go will probably to try and get Ayaka, and one Raiden who can then be that Electro support for a future Alhaitham/Dendro team.

so far I've only figured out that the ones with obvious head-like bits have obvious head-like bits, and the two arms glued together enemy's head equivalent is the space between where the two arm rocks hover together. I have accidentally hit a head weakpoint on the culvereins but I cannot figure out how I did it. Maybe the vials on the shoulders are considered heads? but what about after you break both arms? I super can't figure out where the rogue necramechs' weak points are because they do NOT have a glowing weakpoint on their backs like the ones out in the deimos vaults do.
Not enough bars to fill up, time for a break
It's Warframe, there will be more bars to fill.
You might have to wait until tomorrow, or even next week, but there will always be more bars.
fr though, next level

In this case he used Zariman wall panels. Lots and lots of Zariman wall panels

And there I was thinking I was clever for using a few of the rugs from Cetus to sort of build a privacy box around my arsenal nook. That orbiter is amazing, but I don't have the dedication or attention span for that level of detail.
Which is why my orbiter looks like the trashed bedroom of a child with toys all over every horizontal surface and posters up on the walls. Just shit absolutely everywhere lol

Anyone done to the account merge yet? I've got stuff strun all over, with a substantial bit more on Xbox than anywhere else. Was going to be upgrading my PC in the next couple of months and would love to get my nicer set of clothes on there.
