2 is the one to replace, just replace with something that does a similar thing. I have gloom on mine and as long as you keep attacking you can use 3 at your leisure.
I don't know why I bother with public Railjack stuff; it seems like it's constant errors every time.

*coughs up a lung worth of dust*
... Okay! I feel better now that I've dusted my backlog!
... now about that absolutely monstrous-sized HG...
Edit: Okay, I fought the urge. I didn't realize the Dendrobium was a reissue of a 2002 kit. I'm not the biggest fan of really old kits, as they tend to be fragile.
There's so much to do, what with all the standings, quests, and nodes to open! I finally started the quest to actually open the operator character. I've got so much gated from that, lol.
This is unfortunately pretty common since this hotfix. Servers are shitting the bed and you get defaulted to whatever was in your own personal relic.
To be safe, screenshot the reward selection screen and send in a ticket.

POINT
THING
I mean the Oilers have played from behind in over half of their current 12 game win streak.
Oh dang. I'm sitting on about 950 relics and I had just started to work my way through them. Maybe I should hold off.
What faction would I best served maxing out as a priority? I'm nearly there on Entrati so ignore that one. Most others are pretty low other than the Ostrons.
Quills and/or Vox Solaris, because that's where you get amps and arcanes for spoiler mode I think?

Getting a few ranks at the Zariman gets you relatively easy access to some of the best weapons in the game, if you can't do Steel Path Duviri.
The new character
Gaming: Looks like he's going to be pretty strong, especially with constellations and with the new 5* character. He's an on-field DPS, though, so that might not be what people want in a 4*.
The great characters
Xingqiu: If you don't have him at C6, picking him is a good idea. The release of several good hydro characters has slightly reduced his demand, but only slightly. He's still incredibly good.
Xiangling: If you don't have her at C4 (and especially if she's currently at C3), picking her is a good idea. I don't think she really needs anything after that, but hey, Xiangling is still super good.
Yaoyao: Great character, for anyone who doesn't already have her, and doesn't have Baizhu to use instead. Doesn't really need constellations, although I think her C6 is pretty good.
Beidou: As a Beidou enjoyer, I would recommend picking her for her C2 specifically, but not anything else. I don't think she's strong enough to compete without her C2, and I don't think anything above that is especially good either compared to other things you could select.
The niche characters
Yunjin: Solid character, but is mostly relegated to being a support for Yoimiya. Can be used with other normal attackers too, like Ayato and Noelle, but isn't particularly high demand for them.
Yanfei: She's honestly a pretty good DPS, especially now in Furina teams, but doesn't really compete with the characters in the great list. Her C4 is particularly notable for enabling her to be used as a shielder, so if that sounds like something you're interested in, maybe consider it!
The... characters
Ningguang: Has always been in this weird place, where she's not awful, but is both not quite strong enough and also really awkward to play. She's a pretty decent partner for Navia, though, if you're looking for a second geo character for her team and don't want to play Geo traveler. Ningguang is a good bit worse without her constellations, so if you really want to use her, aiming for her C6 is a good idea.
Chongyun: He has a niche of enabling you to beat up some shields with a team that otherwise can't deal with them, but, that's really about it. Can be used to do decent Melt damage if you like him, but I wouldn't recommend him.
Xinyan: Only to be selected by people who really like her, or people who like clearing stuff with obviously subpar characters.
Of course, if you particularly like one of these characters, just ignore these categories and pick who you like. God knows I went well out of my way to get Beidou's C6 back in the day, even knowing that it wasn't particularly good. And I've also used Xinyan in Abyss 12 a few times; anything can work if you put in the effort.
Also, a fast way to get good Arcanes
The Molt ones are very usable on most frames
Cascadia Flare for example is really good for secondaries
Emergence Savior is nice for not dying in operator mode
Eternal Eradicate strong for your amp, etc.
Murder your way to more murders with garuda and molt augmented
Aw, shite, yeah, forgot about that. I don't think I've been MR locked since before.... god, since before Cetus dropped? It's been a while.

I think it will end up being splitting time between Holdfasts and Solaris United, after Entrati is done.
Keep plugging away at it. That thing may be the best primary in the game. It's stupid.
They're both good. One is a rifle/minigun (Phenmor), the other is autoshotgun/pistol plasmors (Felarx? IDK the shotgun). I somewhat prefer the former, and it's also a little easier to mod given the weapon type.
The Laetum is a spectacular secondary for sure. I tend to stick with a Tenet Cycron or something like just for ease of use, but if I'm not using that, it's a Laetum.
The stream today showed off her abilities and gave a basic rundown of what they do. Very basically, her skill allows her to do multiple mid-air jumps and gives her access to a special plunge attack that gets better after multiple jumps. It also negates fall damage. Her burst heals and buffs the party, enabling them to jump higher so that they can do plunge attacks on flat ground. She also buffs their plunge attacks and follows them up with some anemo damage. So I guess she's an anemo support who works well with characters who can fit some plunges into their rotation.
Very specific details can be found from leaks, like here: https://genshin.honeyhunterworld.com/liuyun_093/?lang=EN
I think there was some talk about how Gauss couldn't be the name of the next warframe because Mag already had the helmet. This is just the natural followup to that.
Apparently it did really well, despite the clusterf of editing involved:
So uh... normal or steel path lone story faster for pathos clamps?

I didn't really get much use out of her for a long time, but her value shot up exponentially when I got Furina. I could absolutely see Cloud Retainer filling the same role well, even if her healing numbers aren't as high as Jean's. She'd be worth it as long as it's enough, and you can get some value out of the plunge gimmick.
Fuck.
