Also, I'm still really enjoying Styanax. I'm glad one of the things offered in the Star Days event is a nice glyph of him that I'm now using, first time I've switched away from the TreshToons Lotus glyph in a long time. I noticed that his helmet design brings to mind Excalibur's default helmet as well, at least the simplicity and symmetry of it.
NHL Players are back in the 2026 and 2030 Olympics.
-Kipperlily, obviously, is Riz's mirror, and they share a similar, borderline OCD, trait of planning and working hard. But whilst Riz does it to solve mysteries and help his family and friends, Kipperlily just seems to be out for herself. She is a textbook definition Rules Lawyer, insisting that the rules be followed while gaming the rules for her own benefit. She's probably the engineer of their noobie zone XP grinding strategy.
-Ruben projects an uncaring attitude similar to Fig, but we all know that Fig does care and will show it when the chips are down. As for a player type, considering the lyrics of Ruben's song of the summer, he's the overly edgy, toxic player, probably the one who is always way too into trying to bang NPCs. A real "that's what my character would do" energy.
-Mary Ann is soft spoken like Gorgug, but where Gorgug is just shy and good natured, Mary Ann is coldly apathetic. She is a traditional power gamer, shows up to roll some dice and "beat the game" but doesn't interact beyond that. Her asking if "team hangs" were mandatory and then leaving when they were told they weren't cements that for me. She, for the moment, doesn't care about interacting with others in a similar way that a power gamer doesn't care to interact with narrative or RP.
-We know they have a Cleric of Helio, and that's going to be a trip and a half. I'm wondering what problematic player trope they will encompass.
That leaves a Fighter and a Wizard. My theory is that Fabian's foil Fighter will be a full on narcissist and will embody the spotlight stealing, scene hog kind of player. The Wizard? No idea, but I can't wait to see them.
Steam
What deck(s) are you playing where you don't get good plays before turn 4? Sounds very combo or ramp heavy, which happens.
But as I've told others here, keep your head up. You'll get there eventually.

Folks tend to peg it around 12-13 meters, given the size of scale figures, Simon’s confirmed height (1.5m pre timeskip) and the times we can see Lagann to scale with others:
Sadly, it looks like Ben Brode won't be doing anymore of these promotional videos. RIP

What've you got against me and my 12 inch nipples? Huh?
I've just gone for maximizing the "reactor" look with Vengeful Trickster ephemera and vague blue lighting to make it look like Cherenkov radiation.
-Antje Jackelén, Archbishop of the Church of Sweden
I work at a nuclear power plant, and seeing the Cherenkov radiation right after they transfer the "fresh" spent fuel into the spent fuel pool is pretty neat. I think I'll be stealing this look for when I eventually build Qorvex
I do like the idea of the tiny kobold barbarian kicking Gorgug's ass, though. It's also trivially easy to get a +16 or higher on an Athletics check for a level 10 character, especially since Brennan mentions in the Adventuring party afterwards that she has Expertise on it. +8 for Expertise at level 10, +5 for a STR 20 (higher with a higher strength), and some magical enhancement implied in the Detect Magic.
My predictions are that the Fighter will be an AC monster and be nigh unhittable, a super tank using all the tricks to get a 30+ AC, and that the Wizard will have all of the nasty anti-magic shut-down and control stuff like Banishment, Silvery Barbs, etc. Or maybe it will be an Order Cleric + Wizard multiclass and use Silvery Barbs to trigger a reactive attack for all of her pals. The Cleric of Helio is going to be a nasty taste of Kristen's own medicine, what with Spirit Guardians and Spiritual Weapon.
Fighter could also be a nasty Elven Accuracy/Samurai 10 build with Sharpshooter. Just a damage fountain. Brennan would know all of the typical powergamer builds.
BLeeM also somehow managed to channel all of the tropes of Every Terrible Mall Store Manager ever when Adaine was trying to get a the job at Oodles of Strudel. That was hilarious and traumatizing.

Fortunately those're the only parts I "have" to do that to. The waist side pieces are different enough to not bother and the actual legs are already color separated pieces in exactly the way I need.

That's a pretty accurate description of Qorvex performance.

His second ability, containment wall, is supposed to do that yes. It sometimes does, but it's inconsistent (even more so if it's not used on flat terrain).
-Antje Jackelén, Archbishop of the Church of Sweden
IDK, he's my current favorite of the near-unkillables, and his abilities are all really good. His 4 is kind of unexpectedly powerful, too.
(Also his walls definitely do move things, but "kind of weird" as said, and they also do way the shit more damage than you think they do; turned out a lot of the things I thought I wasn't moving I was actually vaporizing.)
Edit: Oh, I'm getting 40% damage vuln from the walls, that's why! Yeah that explains it.
If there is any mecha anime anywhere that can be forgiven for inconsistent mech sizes...
Oh I wasn’t blaming GL, I was blaming that YouTube video.

There aint noth'n wrong with 12 inch nips, it's only when they're used as a tassle that it violates the warcrimes statutes
Unfortunately, 12 inch nips are almost always a tassle so you're saying he violates that most of the time. Well, except when they are hard ... wait (pictures this in my head) thanks for the mental visual. I won't be sleeping for a week. Now you ALL can't unthink this anymore.
Life has gotten in the way of play over the last few weeks but I plan to rectify that today. The hunt for fastboi prime and his various accoutrements is on. Dammit, now I need relics.
