As a 90s technic enthusiast I strongly support a transparent Hulk where you can see the inner workings.

There was a Purple Hulk, and he did work the same as Green Hulk... But he was Normon Osborn because I guess he just has to get all the stamps in his supervillain book.

To date he's been (that I can fuckin remember!):
    1. Himself, a villain whose only power is being rich.
    2. Green Goblin, a serum enhanced supervillain.
    3. Red Goblin, host of the Carnage symbiote
    4. A host for a demonic entity
    5. A member of the Gathering of The Five, a group of evil magic users
    6. Iron Patriot, a power armor user
    7. Purple Hulk, technically not a gamma monster but using Super-adaptoid powers to mimic the powers of one
    8. Gold Goblin, combining his Green Goblin powers and gadgets with a power armor suit that also has Spider-man's tech integrated

At this point dude just needs to discover he's a latent mutant or an inhuman or his dad was the Living Tribunal to finish his merit badges off.

Also, in one series, President of the United States, just like Lex Luthor.

I always viewed those things as the writers trying to spice up what is at baseline a boring character archetype. Rich assholes are kind of dime a dozen. Even fatty fatty too fatty Kingpin has more flair.
