I shall be honest: If my surname was "Cocks" I would want to become the CEO of a company too. Or rename myself Cocks when I already am.

Yeah, I'm genuinely surprised they didn't make fun of his name. It'd be right up Gabe's alley!

    I mean you kinda can't. It's pre-mocked. It's pre low effort mocked.

Reading the news section makes me wonder if getting mocked by Penny-Arcade is like getting parodied by Weird Al. Some developers seem to enjoy the experience.

I mean, why even agree with that.

Those guys have their own CONVENTION, they don't need nor owe anything to WotC. Especially after what that company gets up to on the regular.

It does seem like employing honest-to-goodness goddamn Pinkertons should be a tip-off as to the prevailing corporate culture

And more than enough justification to avoid/block all comms, even read receipts on any correspondence from WotC. Persona non grata at an organizational level. Granted, complicated by the whole Acquisitions Inc thing.

At the very least one would think a moratorium on public interactions and a potential shift away from reliance on any of their products would be in order.
