Actually, thinking about it more, a second round of votes with more stringent protections in place wouldn't be the worst idea anyway? But I'd defer to the TT if setting that up in timely fashion would be feasible, much less advisable.

I would think either could work, but I wouldn't suspect @ing them would be more effective. Simply because if you have a question other people probably do as well. One answer for everyone to see feels the easiest way to do that.

I think the TT is doing an honest job (in this and all other affairs). This solution they have landed on, though, I have to say is insufficient. It's just too easy to vote multiple times. Simple as that.
This is one school of thought
The other is that you should always rank everyone and place the candidate you despise last, on the grounds that it maximises you impact in the election, and it benefits every other candidate at the expense of the one in your last place.

Thank you for doing this: this vote is probably the most important one we'll make in this process, so whatever the results may be, they need to be accurate.
Honestly, if worst came to worst, I'd be fine with this being about as anonymous as a US election (verified identity, but not public knowledge) and just make a "Vote Tally" account that people can send a PM to, if you want a quick and dirty way of doing it.
It doesn't matter now that I WFH, but there were times where I forget about the LDB thread is about and opened it at work and quickly closed it
