Sign Language Help

My son isn't really talking yet, but he knows a bit of sign language and lately has been making a couple signs that we aren't sure what they mean. He must have picked them up at daycare, but the one teacher we've been able to talk to about them so far didn't know what they meant.

One is holding his left hand palm up and tapping the palm with all five fingers of his right hand. It kind of seems like he is asking for more, but he has a different sign for that and it didn't seem like that is what he really wanted.

The other is holding out his left hand and maybe pointing it at something and rubbing it with the tips of the fingers of his right hand. He did this one in the car, so I couldn't get a good look at what he was doing.

Any one have ideas as to what these could mean?
