Can't access website -- my problem or theirs?

Sorry for such a goofy request, but can someone do the following and tell me what they get:

1.) Go to this page to make reservations at a resort.

2.) Put in whatever info you like and click Submit Form (note to those who think this is some kind of elaborate scam: it's just asking for travel dates and room types, not personal info).

3.) A list of available rooms/packages will be shown. Pick one and click Book Now.

4.) A summary of the stay info will be shown. Click Continue.

At this point for me, IE fails to load the next page and I'm stuck. I've been trying all day, but I only have access to this one computer and I'm starting to wonder if it's my problem, or the site's. Yes, I know I can just call and make reservations; that's not the point. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's a 404 error, the problem is theirs.

Well I say "404" as shorthand for "the page didn't load". Also, I'm behind a firewall and it has been known to completely bork sites like this.

At any rate, can you just try? It takes like 2 seconds.

Yep, they're borked. Give them a call.

404 is a file not found error from the server, it's definitely 100% a server side issue.

It's not actually a 404, as I said above (and as I've now edited my OP to say). I just wanted some folks to try it out.

Yeah, it's timing out. My guess would be a server-side issue. Since it's ASP, it could be trying to query a database, which isn't going through for some reason.

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?
