X-Plorer Star Power not working?

I just got GHII for 360 a few days ago, and before last night, everything worked fine. Suddenly, I can't activate Star Power no matter which way the guitar is or even if I try hitting the back button. I tried laying it flat and turning off the console and replugging it in, as suggested by the guitar's instructions, but still nothing. How do I fix this?

    I've never had this problem, but I suggest posting this in the G&T thread about GH2 here. You may get a better response.

    You should also maybe check RedOctane's forums or such for help, their website may have Q&A. If all else fails, just take it back to the store and get it replaced.
