    yea... maybe i can get her to reschedule :P i really shouldn't miss this either, we were pretty close growing up. and i dont think she'd understand if i told her i was missing it to travel halfway across the continent to play video games.

    Do you have a room?: Haven't booked one yet.
    Other necessary info: Wanting about 4 others to carpool with and share a room. Willing to meet up with anyone that's roughly along the 97s highway down to the i-5 border crossing. I also like long walks on the beach.

    It is still a ways away from where we are for the ride (and we can probably manage), so maybe not exactly like old times, but we'll definitely consider the room. :)

    If it's the same as the room I stayed in last year, eight people will fit comfortably. And one more could probably sleep on the balcony, too (which would just be fun to do).

    If anyone wants to be responsible for bringing Glub to PAX and is willing to put up with the broken bottles and cream pies flung at you, PM me.

    I'm in Penticton, B.C., in the Okanagan Valley. I may be living in Kelowna by August though.

    PM me if you have room. If you have room for more then just me, I can bring more. We'll all carry their own weight in gas and whatnot.

    RULE NUMBER 11 - BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
    Effective 15 January 1997
    11.1 Each adult fare passenger will be allowed two (2) pieces of checked baggage, not exceeding the overall dimensions of 28" high x 10" wide and each no heavier than forty-five (45) pounds.

    11.2 Excess baggage will be allowed at the cost of $10.00 per segment, per piece providing there is space available.

    11.3 Baggage in excess of forty-five (45) pounds will be allowed at the cost of $10.00 per segment, per piece providing there is space available.

    11.4 Baggage in excess of seventy (70) pounds will be considered freight and will be accepted as Clipper Cargo.

    11.5 Each adult fare passenger will be allowed one (1) carry-on baggage, not exceeding the overall dimensions of 22" x 14" x 9" and no heavier the twenty (20) pounds. The Company disclaims liability for loss or damage to carry-on baggage.

    Do you have a ride?: Driving with one passanger so far. My car seats 3 or 4 depending on how much cargo we want to stow.
    Do you have a room?: Not as such. I should look into that.
    Other Info: I know people who have been refused entry to the USA without a passport, so I would prefer that all passengers have one.

    Other necessary info: My name is Brian, I run gamedeals.ca. Myself & friend Randy (MTG dealer) will be coming to PAX this year to hang out, network with other local gamers, & possibly sell some games (undecided).

    Well, it's necessary to book one at the Doubletree way in advance for the special cheap rate, yes...

    But you could maybe find another hotel nearby with vacancies. Probably.

    If you book now, you don't PAY now. You pay then. All they require is a CC number to hold the room.
