lookin for a guild

Hey, I am a pretty new person to the pa-forums (this is my first post). Anyway, right now I am searching for some sort of guild to join. Recently, games have been getting pretty boring for me since a lot of my friends have been moving away from games in the recent years.

and I have been searching on google, but so far I have not found anything all that grand. I am currently into:
Gears of War
Neverwinter Nights
Defcon
Oblivion (not really multi but whatever)
but I am pretty flexible and like a lot of games so thats not a big deal.

But the primary reason I am posting this is because of mmos. I really really love mmorpgs, but they are so damn boring when you are only playing with random people (most of which are with friendly nerds, but some are craaaazy). A guild would really help make these more interesting. So any suggestions for a random person you dont know?

Sorry to sound so desperate, but things seem to have gotten pretty boring for me on the gaming front, and I would really like to spice things up or something.

    Doesn't matter how new you are, PA guilds usually won't care. I know we have guilds for WoW and EVE; I'm not sure about the games you posted, but G&T might have what you're looking for.

    For 360 stuff you could try out www.360arcadians.net which is a kind of splinter site, they usually have some sort of group schedule where people can pick up but you'll have to poke around a bit closer as I'm not sure if they just stick to whatever the latest release is.

    As for other big gamer communities (especially MMOs) the two that really spring to mind are The Amazon Basin and Xen of Onslaught which both cover a fair range. PA has occasional lapses into MMOs but numbers tend to get fairly sketchy after the first year or so, but if there's something new coming out there's bound to be a bunch of people here waiting to jump on it.

    This isn't really how it's done around here. Any threads with active players/clans/guilds should be on the first few pags of G&T, or in the MMO subforum located near the bottom of the forum index. If you're interested in any of the games people are playing, just follow the instructions in the thread for joining them or playing with them.

    Welcome to the forums and be sure to read that big thread that says rules at some point.
