Debate on: IGN is claiming these screens are from the localized version (aka USA)...but there's no blood. I thought the whole lack of blood/coin thing was just for the Japanese market. So did they switch it on us or does IGN have it wrong?

That's lame if they put the coins thing in our version. Especially with Suda claiming it would be more graphic and violent then Manhunt 2.
Trying to be more violent then manhunt, a game that was banned for being too violent, was probably considered a bad idea in the end.
Perhaps he meant more gory, rather than violent. When I think violent I think extremely graphic and brutal methods of killing, like with a cinderblock to the face or a curbstomp. Gory could just be ludicrous amounts of blood flying.
Yeah, in the one gameplay video from a few months ago-- I htink it was shown on shown on G4-- Travis cuts some dude in half on the beach and blood goes everywhere in a ridiculous geyser, like in a chambara movie.
I wish I had a wavebird because I really hate dragging my Wii half-way across the room to play Gamecube games.
A wavebird would be a much, much, much nicer solution; but alternatively, you could just buy a cheap $2 gcn controller extension cable.

Japanese controllers piss me off. The cords aren't long enough, damn it! Xbox controllers piss me off too, though. The cords are to long. I wish I could take half my xbox cord and attach it to my GC controller.

Yeah. There's a bunch of online places that sell GCN extensions. I think Amazon's selling some for like $1-$5. But lots of random online retailers have GCN controller extension cables.
The tiger has already been explained somewhere. I cant remember exactly, but I think it is like this: if you hit enough combos or finishers in a row, a slot machine type thing shows up. After that, if you hit the jackpot. Then you go into Travis Dark Side mode or something.

I’ve been mostly indifferent about this game, but after actually looking at some of the videos and screenshots, I can say this may be one of the games that can help me not regret getting a Wii.
Okay, OP updated. Still needs considerable work (especially in regards to information, his room, the Dr. Peace image, etc.) but I can't work on everything right now. I'll try to create a spoiler for every major section covered by the website over the next few days.
Okay from the NP scans another assassin is called Death Metal and the game will be very bloody unlike the Japanese game in witch enemies explode into black pixels. Hooray!

The gameplay looks like generic hack n' slash mixed with GTA runaround, but I'll buy it just for the attitude. The art style doesn't hurt either.
