Host Shutting Down Error

I got an 'Shutting Down Error' trying to access both sides of the forums a couple of seconds ago. Neglected to copy the full text of the error message but it looked like a fairly standard one.
Unable to connect to the requested URL, host in the process of shutting down etc.
Managed to get her by constantly hitting refresh and it seems to be working fine now.
Just thought you should know.
