Anyone know of any online retailers in Europe (not Amazon) that stock it? It only came out in August 2006 and yet seems rarer than gold dust.

You're probably not interested in a PC version but a GotY edition hit the market not that long ago. Aside from paying through the nose for a used copy on xbox, that's probably your best bet to play it.
edit: or not. Although 15 pounds sounds pretty steep for a used game. What is that, like $183 USD? ;-)

Cex is actually a pretty great place to get some older non-big name games for pretty reasonable prices, if they have what you want in stock, lots of hidden gems from last generation are at quite good prices, I got Jungle Beat + Bongo's for £10 recently, although it's out of stock now. MGS2 for £1.50 too, which was good cos I hate it.
EDIT: That PAL box art is sexy. I've notice that PALs get some of the better box art.
Kindda like getting your balls tickled but not quite a full reach around from getting the shaft all the time on everything else.
