also, I can pretty much guarantee you'll never see open program support for this thing in the first few years
there is no way in hell Jobs will let you run free VOIP programs on a wifi phone like that
not with Cingular/AT&T gripping his sack
See the thing is though, my friend's phone that does have wifi support can support VOIP I can't remember what one it is, it's one of the new Nokia's with the GPS and all that jazz. But it isn't like VOIP isn't unknown technology in a mobile.
