I have a client who doesnt want (or isnt allowed) to install any software on his system and i need to send this powerpoint presentation to them. I know its possible to convert powerpoint to flash, and i am wondering how to go about this.

The powerpoint file im working with has .avi files embedded in it and i need them to show up. What is the process for doing this conversion and will the video be able to work? im using powerpoint 2007 and flash cs3

Thanks!!

Here are instructions for converting basic powerpoint to flash. There are also programs you can purchase that will do it as well.

Here is how to package a powerpoint 2k3 presentation for a CD. I imagine its similar in 2k7.
