PLEASE help! Weird internet problem!

Hey guys, I know I'm not supposed to post a new thread unless I have something staggeringly interesting to say but I think I have a very unique internet problem and I have no idea what's causing it.

Penny-Arcade is the only website on the internet I can access. Google? Down. Yahoo? Down. Digg? Nope. Nothing else. Just Penny-Arcade and AIM. I have reset my router, reset my cable modem, reset my internet settings and still this is the only site I can access using either Firefox or IE.

My provider is Time Warner Cable. Has anyone experienced anything like this in the past? I have no idea why I can access only this website. I feel like I've been wanged.

Thanks in advance, and sorry again for the seemingly random post.

Sounds like your ISP's DNS server is being an ass.

Edit: since it's in H/A now, I guess I should be more helpful. :D

If I recall correctly, the better ones are 4.2.2.1-4

"My provider is Time Warner Cable"

My provider is also TWC, and I was having the same problem until about two minutes ago. It just fixed itself. So, the ISP is just being horrible as usual. (I've used them for a few years and they have a track record of this stuff)

I'm guessing that if you went to a command prompt and typed in ipconfig /flushdns , you would probably lose your ability to get to PA as well. To confirm that this is a DNS problem, try the following:
open a browser and go to http://66.249.93.104/
If this takes you to Google, it's a DNS issue. You could then contact your ISP and ask for help.
Also, try hooking the cable modem directly to a PC to see if the same problems persist.

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?
