Brawl, Nintendo recently announced that the title would not be playable at the event. And today, we learned definitely that Brawl will, in fact, not be shown in any capacity. Asked why it would intentionally delay previewing one of its most anticipated Wii projects, Nintendo's Beth Llewelyn said that the company wanted to focus on other projects, but that Brawl was still very much on track for its December release.
"After we get back from E3, we'll look at the calendar and figure out the right time to do something very specific for Smash Bros. Brawl," added Llewelyn, who noted that there is no plan to release a new E3 2007 Brawl gameplay trailer, either.
So, after all the anticipation of a new 3rd- partycharacter reveal, all we got was 15-second footage and DK. On top of that, it's been delayed til 2008 in Europe, meaning no Smash for my birthday.

Though I have to admit, his move where he makes buildings spring up from underneath other players is cool.
Just watched the video again. Though short, it's really impressive. Love the way the bridge crumbles, and the Starfox level is going to be beautifully distracting.

I watched it again too. Was there music before? becasue I didnt notice it. Maybe I had my speakers on mute. But it seems like new music, and they wouldn't just makea whole new version of the music for a 15 second trailer. Cough cough
